Our Lettings only service:

1. Tenants check-in
2. Rental valuation
3. Extensive marketing of your property
4. All viewings are accompanied by our agents
5. Negotiate terms between prospective tenants and yourself
6. Landlord and tenant meetings can be arranged
7. Obtaining references and contracts prepared
8. Monies collected, including the deposit

Our fee for Lettings only service is 8% + VAT of the monies receivable for the period of the agreement.

We offer a Lettings & Rent Collection service for an additional 2% + VAT to the Lettings Only service, of the monies receivable for the period of the agreement

Letting and Property Management Services

All the above plus:

1. Tenant check-in
2. Collection of rent
3. Transfer of utilities
4. Keyholding service
5. Arranging payment of outgoings
6. Arranging repairs and maintenance
7. Deal with all tenant enquiries
8. Tenant Check-out

Our fee for the Letting and Property Management are in addition to the Lettings Only Service, 4% + VAT of the gross rent, (management fee payable monthly from the rent collected).

Please note, in going inventories are the financial responsibility of the landlord; the outgoing inventories are the responsibility of the tenant.
